近い将来、酒販免許も取得予定です。

そして、暫くは今までのようなバー店舗を持たない事に決めました。
新店舗を心待ちにして下さっていた皆様にはご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ありませんが、何時でも世界中を動けるよう、本物だけを伝える為に必要な決断でした。
何卒、ご理解ご了承頂ければ幸いです。

しかしながら、今まで以上に密な現地の情報、生産者の情報等をお伝えする事ができると思いますので、楽しみにしていて下さい。
また、お問合せの多かったシャンパーニュセミナーや定期的なスペシャルワイン会は継続予定です。そちらも合わせてご期待下さい。

生産者と1人のお客様を直接繋げるという形で、心に届くシャンパーニュを伝えていきたいと思います。また、シャンパーニュに関する事なら何でも相談して頂けるような存在でありたいと思います。

I would like to inform you that I established my company specialized in champagne on 7th July (lucky day).

From now on, I would like to share accurate and honest information to all my customers as a champagne concierge.

Also, I decided to leave my previous job as a shop manager in order to move around the world.

This will allow me to share more detailed information with local insights.

Of course, I will continue to organize champagne seminars and special wine events as I’ve always done.

In the form of connecting the producers and one of the customers directly, I would like to tell the champagne that reach the heart. In addition, I would like to be a presence in the world of champagne, and consult with anyone and answer anything related to Champagne.
