It was amazing horizontal tasting of special club 1998 and 1988 Just ten or twenty years ago from now.

We discussed time, terroir, vintage, and makers, mature…and so on.

先日、フランスTVでご紹介させて頂いたイベント。

今からちょうど10年前、20年前のプレスティージシャンパーニュ8種類のディスカッション。

造り手も村も違う8種類のシャンパーニュ達は、それぞれの個性を発揮して美しい熟成を見せてくれました。

自分に“似合うもの“を知っている者だけが、個性を花開かせ美しく熟成できるのかもしれない…、

ふとそんな事を考えました。

 

無理や歪みや嘘は、いつか必ず伝染するでしょう。

芸術的なシャンパーニュには、いつも人として教わる事が沢山あります。
